This video is my full playthrough for unlocking "Was That Tough?" This achievement requires a 5 star park rating on the United Kingdom map (the third challenge) on Jurassic difficulty.

A 5 star rating requires reaching a specific amount of income (not profit, just total income). Income has two parts: ticket sales and amenity profits. The main obstacle to reaching the required income level is to pass the dinosaur diversity threshold. Then have amenities placed in separate locations where there is high dino density and attractions for various guests.

The main hurdle for the United Kingdom challenge map is that you start with no money... literally $0. Thankfully, there are a bunch of wild dinos in the area, including a number of carnivores that you can't support in your park at the start of the mission. They can be scouted, tranqed, and sold to put enough money in the bank to get your park to the break-even point, and from there it is pretty smooth sailing.
