Heya! This score is more of a proof of concept; i do feel that a better score is possible with this method.
Here I play in co-op mode with both controllers on the "Simple" control setting. Thanks to co-op mode, I get an extra minute, and thanks to the "Simple" setting its easier to quick dash than it otherwise would be in co-op. Its still a bit finicky to work with, but it gets the job done (at least in my opinion).
Im pretty bad at this stage in particular, and if i got a score like this, somebody else could for sure do better! (I also forgot about the balloon man, thats a couple millimeters right there that i missed)
In co-op, an extra minute is given in alap1, alap2, school alap, pond alap, race alap, fireflies, and all sumo stages. Two extra minutes are given in alap3, alap4, alap5, cowbear, and all campfire stages. The other stages arent given additional time. I also dont think its possible to play the royal reverie mode in co-op.
I feel this strategy could easily find immediate use in fireflies, school, alap3, and sumo.

Ive been starting to get a lot more busy lately, so I cant really promise to consistently make epic videos for a while. I do have a couple things recorded, but honestly, who would want to see my 35sec in afap1 if 19sec already exists elsewhere? Thats the main reason why i havent uploaded anything; my scores arent all that great. Sorry about that...
