KDE Neon is a minimal Linux Distro with a rolling release KDE Plasma desktop, and is based on Ubuntu 18.04 LTS. The KDE developers provide a repository of the latest Plasma desktop and associated Qt applications to keep provide you a bleeding edge desktop on a solid base.
