Steel Crate Games' Keep Talking and Nobody Explodes was born out of 2014's Global Game Jam and was specifically design with the Oculus Rift and VR in mind. The concept is a simple one one person can see the bomb but he/she has to rely on the rest of their team to read the pages of the bomb manual and relay how to defuse it.
It's all about communication and giving clear & concise instructions. (Something we're not very good at.)
