This is "Kessakusen! Ganbare Goemon 1+2: Yuki-hime to Magginesu", released in Japan only, which is basically Goemon 1 (The Legend of the Mystical Ninja) and Goemon 2 combined on the game boy advance. This port has a lot of differences compared to the original, and some strategies either don't work or are modified slightly...

Saved a lot of time in a few areas by adding new skips and getting first try lottery. Tried to route the dice game into zone 3, so that lost time as well. From now on it would most likely be best to stick with the lottery. Ruined the first half of the final boss which cost the sub 30, but it definitely be coming soon. Played on emulator (Bizhawk v2.6.2 w/ mGBA core).
