Keyboard keys function wrong. EG. Shift/2 = " [not=@]
Keyboard keys are not correct.
SOLVED:
Do you know what is the problem?
when I press Shift/2 (") is typed, it should be (@)
when I press Shift/3 (£) is typed, it should be (#)
when I press Shift/ ' (@) is typed, it should be (")

here's how...
1. go to the control panel and open "Region and language"
2. there'll be a pop-up then choose "keyboard and languages" tab
3. then choose a default language as
English (USA) instead of some other formats...
if it has more than 1 format, remove other formats
Done...
