KH BBSFM 2.5 - How to Unlock your Finish Commands [with commentary]

After tinkering around with the Light Blue/Brown/Purple finish commands, I’ve come to the conclusion that X amount of hits isn’t what is required, but instead EXP gained while that command is selected. Either way, just fighting enemies will unlock these commands for you. Same applies for Explosion finish, I’m pretty sure.
In short, start by making sure the preceding finisher required to unlock the finisher you need to unlock is selected as your current finish command. You can determine this by the green arrows linking the commands together. Next, is understanding what you need to do to unlock the finisher, which is determined by its color.
Red: Activate your Fire Command Style an X amount of times.
Black: X amount of footsteps taken. Just walk around.
Gold: Pick up Munny pieces left by enemies. Note, selling your commands adds nothing to this value.
Light Blue/Brown/Purple: Land X amount of hits to enemies. The colors represented here are character specific.
Other colors are present, but the overall formula is the same. Dark green is for Thunder command style, while Light Green is casting Cure while at Critical health.
Finally, execute the formula, and you should unlock your finishers in no time.
