You pretty much need to time your Reflects properly and use Simba's Limit when you can only use 1 Reflect left until your MP charges. Use only 1 Ether after the 1st limit and it should come back before the end of Scar's DM. You can also use Simba's limit again if you want to finish him off or you can time Finishing Blast correctly to kill him, which is your Square finisher. If you don't know how to use Finishing Blast, then press Square after Sora lands four hits.
