KH2 Speed Run - Xigbar (4 Duck Flares Strat)
25Since this is without Aerial Finish, the timing to release the first Rocket Flare is right when the 2nd Horizontal Slash starts and it should connect with either your first finisher or your 2nd finisher. The 1st Duck Flare shouldn't bring him to his 2nd phase with the blue lasers. You can attack him a couple times during the first two Megaduck Flares to lowe his HP a bit, but don't attack at all during the 3rd Megaduck Flare until right when it's done. If you don't have Aerial Finish equipped, then the timing to get the 4th Duck Flare out is pretty strict.
