Start out like normal until you have 1 MP left while spamming Firaga in Final Form. Once you're at 1 MP, revert, use a Elixir, and wait until he puts his Shield back up. When he is about to freeze you, do Slapshot, Reflega, Guard Break, immediately start Duck Flare, then Explosion. You want to time it to where the Reflega prevents you from getting frozen.

After the Explosion, you want to use a Elixir, do Reflega, Slapshot, Reflega or Guard Break/Explosion, then Duck Flare finisher. This should break Vexen's Shield. When the Duck Flare ends, use Firaga to get your Drive Gauge back to 5, then immediately re-enter Final Form.

Immediately spam Firaga on both Vexen and Anti-Sora to make sure Vexen reached the HP barrier and Anti-Sora is gone. If you kill Anti-Sora before Vexen brings his Shield back, Vexen will DM! When Vexen tries to freeze you again, use Reflega, attack him once, then Reflega finisher for his next attack. Once you break his Shield again, use a Elixir, then finish him off with Firaga and you successfully skipped his DM.]

Fortunately this shouldn't be random at all and a consistent DM Skip. This also saves about 5-11 seconds over having to go through his DM.
