No Mercy, Humiliation and Ultra Combos from Killer Instinct for Gameboy by Rare. I wanted to add the videos to my SNES & Arcade comparison, but it was too jarring (8bit sound and widescreen). In Killer Instinct, the main focus is using long combos, and breaking the opponent's combos, which set the bar for games like Marvel vs Capcom. The Gameboy version is rated 18+ in Germany, which is hilarious. There are some differences between this and the other versions: Cinder and Riptor are missing. Everyone has 1 No Mercy instead of 2. Interestingly, Spinal uses a No Mercy from the Arcade version that's missing in the SNES version. There are no Ultimates (combos ending with a No Mercy). Afaik there are no Ring Outs. Because the Gameboy uses 2 buttons instead of 6, moves are missing and combos are WAY easier.
