For some reason, while streaming this game, some scenes flicker; I cannot see the flicker until I view a recording. I therefore have not figured out how to correct the issue. I apologize for the lower quality as a consequence. This series contains gameplay and a blind playthrough. To see my other game series, go here: https://www.youtube.com/user/xexorweglin/playlists

Microïds released the second game in their crime trilogy, Still Life, on April 15, 2005. The game received only above average critical reviews, but the game was a commercial success, topping 240,000 units sold by 2009. The game is in the style of a noir crime thriller, with occasional bits of humor sprinkled here and there.
As a point-and-click adventure, players generally only use the mouse; however, the game allows players to switch to a keyboard control scheme as well. Items can be selected from a player's inventory and then (after using the hand icon) the player can indicate where in the current scene to use the item. There is also an examine function, and players can combine items within the inventory, when that is applicable.
Special Agent Victoria McPherson of the FBI investigates is investigating a series of terrible murders in 2004 Chicago. After finding the latest victim, she visits her father and discovers that her grandfather dealt with a similar series of murders in 1920s Prague. What is the connection between these murders? Does Victoria have a copy-cat killer on her hands? Let's play Still Life and join the investigations.
