in this video our forces have split up into Gundams and the Glory Star dealing with the Titans and Phantom Pain forces, along with Sato, over in the Western half of the map, and the Super Robots and the Spazer squadron working on clearin out the Gaizock and Vegan troops over in the East. This brings them into range of the fearsome Killer the Butcher in his strong and bulky battleship-walker-thing.

On the Western side, Kamille fights and defeats Lyla, the Titans' pilot assigned to help Jerid with space combat, and in doing so unlocks the first secret of the map. If Kamille is the one to defeat Lyla then he gains access to the Gundam Mk. II's Flying Armor Crash attack early, otherwise it is unlocked after this stage. Lyla dies in the resulting encounter, and that sets Jerid against Kamille even more than before.
There are two more secrets on this map, and one of them is triggered by destroying Butcher here, as you can ignore him by beating Sato. The reward is a very nice 5 points for your Aki point counter though, so it's in your best interests to get this if possible. Butcher is a powerful foe, and can easily one-shot most of your Gundams and probably the Virgolas as well, so only use units that are guaranteed to dodge or who can take a hit when facing him.

For those of you who do not know, Super Robot Wars is a Tactical RPG franchise featuring many different mecha anime series in one massive crossover, aside from the Original Generation branch which features solely original characters. SRW Z in particular features a wide and diverse cast as well as the, unfortunately, unique TRI system, a three-unit squad system which means you will be using pretty much everybody at all times, so your favorite characters are unlikely to be underused.
