This is one of the Mirage arena bosses all of which are optional (meaning we will be covering them in the Aqua portion) however this is one of the two fight Terra needs to do for a Xehanort report (and maybe rematch the wheel master I'm not sure) this is definitely a boss that will have his difficulty vary drastically depending on when you fight him as you can take him on right before even the symphony master fight.
Overall this boss isn't too bad if you have good ranged attacks and have leveled up your dash some but trying to go Melee sucks as he can turn his entire body into a hitbox.
