Where we last left Sora, what seemed to just be a weather event turns out to be something more. Amidst all the chaos and swirling winds, Sora obtains something called a 'Keyblade.' Wasting no time, he begins to these strange creatures that have appeared on the island. Suddenly, Sora is transported from Destiny Island to a place called Traverse Town, located in another world. Once Sora gets his bearings, he sets out to find out what this new world is. Meanwhile Donald and Goofy are also in Traverse Town searching to holder of the Keyblade holder hoping it will shed some light on King Mickey's whereabouts.
