Well uh... that certainly could have gone better.

The battle against the cards is a lot easier than I remember, because I went straight for the tower instead of fighting off the card soldiers. The Trickster, on the other hand, thoroughly beat me around. I think it's because I don't have access to Cure spells yet, but the bosses are not easy goes right now.

In the end, I had to get fire chains from Traverse Town and equip them to lessen the damage from its fire attacks in the later part of the battle to win. Thankfully, it worked. Next time, we'll have to move on to the second world.
