Kirby makes his way through Dark Star to take on O2, the final boss of the game.

This battle is a very unique battle because Kirby will be flying around shooting crystals instead of fighting normally. The first phase of the battle requires Kirby to shoot O2 in it's eye. O2 will constantly shoot out projectiles that spread during this phase, though. Kirby needs to be somewhat stationary while shooting the crystals in this phase because O2 follows Kirby. If Kirby is moving, O2 will be moving and thus Kirby cannot hit it. A good strategy is to fly Kirby in a circular motion, stopping to shoot four or five crystals into O2's eye and then continuing to fly around. Once O2's eye has been damaged enough, Kirby will need to shoot crystals through the halo it is wearing. Once Kirby shoots enough crystals through the halo, O2 will expose it's tail. The tail is the part of O2's body that actually drains life from O2 when damaged, so shoot as many crystals as possible during this phase. Just make sure to watch out for the green gas that the tail emits. Rinse and repeat and it should go down soon enough.
