You know that Kirby Air Ride have a Debug Menu similar to Super Smash Bros. Melee? So yeah....
Thanks to Mack about it, because he did give the attention to search (on the U64 Forums!)
Basically, the debug menu have trillions of features to change (more on 2Dride/Topride)...
In the tracks, there is some unused... Check up the List:
DUMMY: A black background track, there is no end and no holes (gotten from SSBM?)
TEST: Crashes
TEST6: Just a huge line with some pillars (in the left, there is some strange squares)
TEST7: Gliding test, with lots of slopes, it was for testing glides and others
SIMPLE: Crashes
SIMPLE2: The classic debugging map... You got ramps, boosts, whirlwinds and more... [There is also a Health square, don't know why, it's only used on City Trial)
The debug menu have more options, like use Dedede on a Star, and not on his Bike...
Talking about stars, there is some unused (used on other modes)...
AUTO: Unused on AirRide and CityTrial, used on Topride... Yeah, that simple vehicle
STEER: The same^
Wheel: A strange looking wheel, which is very glitchy...
We don't recommend yet using the Debug Menu... It's still in researching, we don't know most of options (even similar to SSBM)...
