Not a "no damage" run. I personally find those to be overdone and not really impressive when the optimal way to play it is very campy and slow.
Instead, I decided to run through UCZ after not doing it for a while without upgrades and beat it without healing. Any damage I take is permanent and I still have to be careful with each fight. But due to my low damage output, I need to play aggressive to do any meaningful damage and not spend too much time on a boss that can eventually rack up a lot of damage on me.
This run was a lot of fun, though!
