Hi, I'm Kirostyle, a frog-themed martial artist Vtuber, and welcome to another Let's Play! This is BlazBlue: Continuum Shift Extend, a 2D fighting game developed by Arc System Works, the creators of Guilty Gear, and published by Aksys Games in North America. It is the second game in the BlazBlue series and features music by Daisuke Ishiwatari. BlazBlue: Continuum Shift was released in 2009 in arcades and 2010 on PS3 and Xbox 360. It features the return of the characters from Blazblue: Calamity Trigger, with the exception of Lambda-11 replacing Nu-13, and newcomers Tsubaki Yayoi, Hazama, and Mu-12. There were three DLC characters: Makoto Nanaya, Valkenhayn R. Hellsing, and Platinum the Trinity. The game was re-released in 2011 as BlazBlue: Continuum Shift II with the DLC characters included. In 2012, a third iteration of the game was released, BlazBlue: Continuum Shift Extend. This version added Relius Clover as a playable character, along with additional story mode options. Continuum Shift Extend was released on Steam in 2014.
