Knight’s Apple Pie Recipe:

The Dough
🔹2 1/2 Cup Flour
🔹1/4 Cup Sugar
🔹1 Tsp. Salt
🔹1 Stick Unsalted Butter (Cold, Cut)
🔹8 Tb. Water (Cold or Ice Cold)
🔹Put Dough into Ball
🔹Refrigerate for 1 Hour

The Filling
🔹7-8 Granny Smith Apples (Peeled, Sliced, & Cooked for 8min.)
🔹1 Stick Unsalted Butter (Melted)
🔹3 Tb. Flour
🔹1/4 Cup Water
🔹1 Tb. Vanilla Extract
🔹1 Cup Sugar
🔹1 1/2 Tb. Cinnamon

Putting It Together
🔹Cut the Dough in Half
🔹Use Rolling Pin to Flatten Dough & Pick Up
🔹Put Dough in Buttered Pie Pan & Release the Sauce

The Top
🔹Flatten Rest of Dough & Put on Top
🔹Pinch Around Raw Pie Crust with Fingers
🔹Cut 5 Slits on Pie into Star Shape
🔹Mix 1 Egg & 1 Tb. of Water, then Egg Wash Top
🔹Sprinkle Cinnamon on Top

Put in Oven. Bake 375 *F, 50-60min.
