Every year since the end of the 17th century Gimo hosts a wonderful winter carnival in dedication to St. Knut and the end of the Christmas season. That's why this holiday is also known by the name Tjugondedag Jul or the Twentieth Day.

I highly recommend everyone to come and see it live. Keep the 13th of January in your calendar!
