KoF AllStar Aegis Challenge Story: Mecha Goenitz (08/09/2023)
Similar to Polygon Kim team relay challenge but more complicated.
In Aegis Challenge, Aegis System will buff certain fighters when fighting the Trojan Horse Boss.
You can collect "Cache Nuts" during the event duration to buff those selected fighters even further.
PSA: This mode is not very F2P or New Player friendly, as they want us to have those selected fighters to even survive most of the Mecha Goentiz’s attacks.
Important things to note about Mecha Goenitz:
- Mecha goenitz will periodically gain stacks of "Onen if the End" (If you use Ult, he will get 5 stacks instantly). Don’t let it reach 20 stacks or else he will nuke.
- You can remove the stacks by groggy him through stack a lot of DoTs
- When you successfully stack enough DoTs, Mecha Goenitz and your party will go into Groggy state( Groggy duration for party can be reudced through Aegis System).
- Watch out for the stationary black tornado, it will cause a lot of damage to any fighters standing near it.
