Some example of skill chains for easy win in the Rite of Passage mode (Challenge Mode)

Disclaimer that it’s recommended to have all
the fighters to have double CDR (Cooldown Reduction) option cards and use the assist link shown in the video for maximum potential.

0:00 Rite of Passage

0:10 Lady Zero (Original)

Has super fast skills and her skill 3 petrifies giving you enough time to back away from the enemy as you wait for your cooldown.

She also has a nice immune to damage on first hit, making her super safe when using her in this mode while Challenge mode is on.

Skill chain: 1,1,2,3


0:40 Lady Maxima

Currently sitting as the best consistent character to do perfects in arena, she proves to be the best purple character to use in this mode too.

Skill 2 is a dashing grab that drags your opponent toward the wall.

Skill 1 and skill 3 can reset skill 2 cooldown, so you have an idea what the skill chain is.

Skill 1 burns while skill 3 shock and delay cd.

Both skill 2 and 3 are OTG.

Skill chain: 2,1,2,3


0:56 Goenitz

The safest character to use imo for arena and RoP challenge.

Thanks to his skill 3 giving him hyper armor, you don’t have to worry getting killed easily in challenge mode.

His bleed on crit is nice too because you can end the fight faster.

Skill chain: 3,2,1

Not shown in the video. if the opponent is tall enough, Goenitz can full string normal attack infinite juggle his opponent till death if done as soon as skill 1 ends.


1:29 Zero (Original)

Zero (original) may be an outdated Blue fighter, but that doesn’t stop him from being the safest and most consistent blue fighter to use imo.

Skill 1 has his pet lion charges in and launches his opponent to the air (OTG able) setting up for his skill 2.

Skill 2 has guard break making it useful whenever opponent is guarding.

Skill 3 calls in Krizalid to use Typhoon Rage that restands on the initial hit and multi hit launch for the typhoon part of the move. It also grants zero hyper armor and also resets skill 2.

Skill chain: 1,2,3,2


1:53 The Rock

The monster of consistent grab skill chain from WWE collab.

Not much can be said for his kit, The Rock can dish out alot of damage and puts bleed on opponent.

Skill 3 is otg.

Skill chain: 3, 2x normal attacks, 2, 2x normal attacks, 1, Undertaker striker while holding down normal attack button while waiting for skill 3 to be ready again


This video and the examples above doesn’t mean that it’s impossible to beat Challenge mode 3. You can still use other characters other than these. But I would like to say that these are the best and easy way to beat Challenge mode 3 consistently daily from my experience.

Also while these skill chains look easy, it still requires practice and getting used to the timings.
