An Interpol officer who uses flashy kicks. Chun-Li became a detective at 18 to find her missing father. She's vowed to destroy Shandaloo, as the organization was involved in her father's disappearance. In addition, Chun-Li cares deeply for her allies, including Cammy, who she comforted after the DOLLS incident. She also rescued a young girl captured by Shandaloo.
[Akuma]
Akuma drenched his body in [Satsui no Hado] and has since walked a path outside of the bounds of good and evil. He possesses a superhuman physique, thanks to his harsh training. He has walked the path of chaos for most of his life, having defeated numerous martial artists, including his master, Gouken. His desire for ultimate 'death' and interest in Necalli, the materialized form of Satsui no Hado, motivate him.
[M. Bison]
M. Bison leads Shadaloo, a secret criminal organization. He plans to take over the world by utilizing Psycho Power. Shadaloo hopes to use peoples' fear to increase their Psycho Power. However, M. Bison's real goal is to fight with the strong forever. To achieve his dreams, M. Bison transfers his soul and memories to a replacement body so that he can fight for all time.
[Luke]
Luke is a young man who uses the mixed martial arts he learned in the military. Outside of battle, he spends most of his time playing video games, especially first-person shooters. Although he can be careless, he has a good heart and is looking for something worth fighting for.
