Billy doesn´t have lots of combo options, but he can keep juggling the oponent for a while and can juggle after his climax. Finding how to juggle after it in different ways is where the fun is found.
He can supercancel his EX DP+K under some circunstances (more info here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-FYZCRTzxCM), being the only EX move supercancelable in the whole game. While it doesn´t open a world of new posibilities, it offers something new.
