KOF XV K' Stun TOD 100% 94 Hit Fullscreen Combo (Works Against Smaller Characters)

A big thanks to @Kjoa for his invaluable K' combo resources, and @KD__0079 for lighting the fire under me to find a better combo.
The previous fullscreen combo I did (https://youtu.be/GH6sE-RI6p0) does not work on smaller characters due to 4B not landing after 236AC~6C against the likes of Kula and Angel. This combo not only resolves that, but works on everyone, with a much simpler finisher to boot.
The only thing to keep in mind is the fact that, before the stun, without 4B prior to 236C~6D, the timing to land whiffed 2A, 6B, 214D becomes very strict due to the absence of extra altitude. There are two layers to getting it down:
1.) After 236AC~6C, 236C~6D must be entered as soon as possible. Trying to do that manually can result in messed up inputs. To ensure more consistency, you'll have to resort to the hold button trick - towards the end of 236AC~C, input 236, then press and hold C, the Ein Trigger should come out automatically at the earliest instant.
2.) You will still have to time landing whiffed 2A, 6B, 214D, try to do it a quick split moment after you see the opponent reach the apex of their knock up. Other than that, there's no other advice I can give unfortunately, as with the nature of things that require timing, it boils down to getting a "feel" of it.
LAST IMPORTANT NOTE: Regarding Angel, like Ryo and even Kim, her hitbox isn't just small, but elusively smaller than expected, therefore juggling with 4B can be a task with inconsistent results. This is why you don't see any K' TOD combos demonstrated on Angel as the dummy.
