So the thing with this one is, after 236236B/D, you have to hit the opponent with a semi early 66A, if you do it too early only two hits of mid air 214BD will land.

After getting the 3 hits of mid air 214BD at the ideal height, immediately do 214A upon landing, as you noticed, I entered the follow up 4A delayed, - if you do that too early it'll miss completely. After both hits of rekkas land, then you can do [2]8B to the Climax (or whichever level airborne Phoenix Kick super).

Aside from being able to do [2]8B after the second delayed rekka hit, you can also go for [2]8BD. You cannot do [2]8D as it comes out too slow.
