This was the Konami arcade board made to take on Sega and the Sega Model 1 arcade board with Virtua Racing and Virtua Fighter...and it failed! You know I love retro games and I love arcade games and I love Konami games...so of course I purchased a Konami Polygonet arcade PCB! It's def a bit of a hidden gem game as not many people talk about it any more...so lets do just that today! Konami was the king of arcades for a bit with Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles but their transition to 3D gaming was a bit difficult in spots! Retro Gaming history lesson coming up! Good thing the Konami Polygonet arcade boards works well under MAME emulation; I should probably do a MAME tutorial in the future eh? But here comes Polygonet Commenders and Poly-Net Warriors! Now can we get a MiSTer FPGA core? lol
