Koraidon & Miraidon are unstoppable in Regulation I!
I've cooked up the perfect team for 1v1 closed team sheet Reg I!
Koraidon...The only set I use is now made even better because Miraidon's electric terrain boosts his Wild Charge damage. Safely removes Kyogre, Tornadus, Water Urshifu, Ho-oh, Lugia anything with Flying tera that's trying to avoid CC. Collision Course still removes Incineroar, the treasures of ruin, Tyranitar, Dialga, Terapagos, Rock Ogerpon, Ursaluna, etc. Dragon Claw shreds any dragon that doesn't tera away its typing and just deals solid damage off his secondary stab.
Miraidon's Overheat will be boosted by Koraidon's sun. Electrodrift nukes basically everything that's not ground, dragon, electric, or has volt absorb/lightning rod. Solarbeam is a surprise for ground types looking to block electrodrift or if I reveal Wild Charge too early from Koraidon. Dazzling Gleam purges dark types, fighting types and other dragons. Solid spread damage. If the opponent sends in Amoonguss, you usually switch in on sight to avoid Spore.
Talonflame. This is your whimsicott/H-Lilligant killer. Sharp Beak boosted Dual Wingbeat will kill non-bulk variants while tera ground covers for if opposing Miraidon wants to volt switch pivot instead of tera fairy d-gleam. Tailwind ensures you're not speed tying, and even then most teams now invest more into bulk instead of 252 speed anyway. At the very least you won't have to worry about Flutter Mane at all. Quick Guard stops Fake Out, Thunder Clap (NOT Urshifu's Aqua Jet because of Unseen Fist unless it is otherwise turned off), Whimsicott's Encore, Grimmsnarl's Thunder Wave, Tornadus's Taunt, Thunderus's Eerie Impulse, anything with ExtremeSpeed, it rocks. It does NOT however stop Feint since it breaks protection. He has his own Feint to stop Protect, Spikey Shield, Wide Guard, Baneful Bunker, Burning Bulwark, etc. Breaks Sturdy/Multiscale to enable Koraidon, Miraidon, Annihilape, and anything Ditto copies to get the OHKOs they would've otherwise been denied. In the absence of Farigiraf/Tsareena and psychic terrain, it finishes off something at 1 HP in case Morpeko (or if ditto copied something with a priority move) wasn't on the field at the time. A great time to use it is when Chien-Pao is brought down to 1 HP and is elongating his presence with protect, Feint will go through that and finish it off.
Ditto the Malleable. Ability Shield ensures Weezing can't turn off imposter and you're not left with a sitting Ditto. Even after the transformation, Ditto still has whatever ability the Weezing was trying to turn off. If you copy Amoonguss, you are immune to Spore, so use that in a situation where you know it's going to try to put something to sleep. If you copy Water Urshifu you can hit through Protect. If you copy Raging Bolt you can Thunder Clap and ohko scarf Urshi-water. If you copy Ogerpon you can annoy them with their own redirection, same with Indeedee. If you copy Terapagos it'll still have stellar terastarstorm, I think but it won't spread and can't hit ghost types. If you copy Gothitelle, they can't switch either. If you copy Basculegion you now have swift swim if it's paired with Kyogre. If you copy Grimmsnarl you now have screens, an option to lower sp.atk with Spirit Break, and thunder wave support. If you copy something with Icy Wind you can use their own speed control against them.
Morpeko is not just a fun pick, he is the dark type every team needs in this meta to deal with the Calys, but isn't used enough to give most opponents the sense of familiarity they'd have with say Grimmsnarl or Incineroar. While he is frail and easy to deal with, he can cause problems in a number of ways such as with Endeavor if he lives on sash, Fake out pressure, Aura Wheel which is boosted by Miraidon's terrain when electric or dark tera when dark, and Foul Play to destroy any physical attacker that's weak to it (and there are a lot.)
Annihilape forces a lot of protects which Talonflame can break with Feint. Encore is a surprise to lock something into Protect. It also locks a setup sweeper into Calm Mind or something that it wouldn't want to be locked into. Tera ghost Rage Fist is for deleting Caly-Shadow or chunking things that deal priority to stop Final Gambit from killing such as Thunderclap from Raging Bolt, Aqua Jet from Urshi-water, Draining Kiss from Comfey, etc. Brick Break removes screens and makes Grimmsnarl obsolete, but the main value comes from Final Gambit's ability to delete most restricteds immediately then bring in your own. Immune to Body Press and can one-tap Caly-Shadow even without Attack investment.
