I found a "1 wing jet" challenge on the KSP forums and decided to give it a go. The first jet uses 1 wing but two engines on each side which might be cheating here because it's just too easy. The second jet uses 2 engines on one side (asymmetric thrust) and only 1 wing. This was fun to do, please let me know what you think in the comments.
