Here are the steps for how to transfer tether from Binance to kucoin.
1) Get a KuCoin account (if you don't already have one).
2) Go to your Binance account page and click "Withdraw".
3) Select "Kucoin" as the withdrawal address, enter your KCS or ETH address in the recipient field, enter the amount of Tether you want to send, then click "Confirm."
4) You can now access your new KuCoin account with all of that same information!
