71One of the more pushed set of shots I got on kungfu panda 4. I tell my students that when I get to the polish level of my shots, I tend to ignore keeping clean curves in the graph editor and focus on what’s on screen. This is of course a case by case basis, but the monkeys in this shot are a perfect example of just going frame by frame and sculpting every pose.
Funny enough, the shot that gave me the most problems was the bunny shot. Shout out to my sequence supervisor Mark Roennigke for all the great feedback and @liron.topaz.art for helping me figure out my constraints early.
