(01:18) Destination - Explosion Site
As you enter the area, you will be chaos, people panicking & there will be looters. They will shoot at the police, therefore you will retaliate & kill them.
After speaking to Ray Pinker, you will look around the site - There are
Clue 1: After going pass the mayor, take the small route that leads you to the right, an officer will call you over to look at an airplane part, match the words to unlock 'The Nose Knows' Achievement
Clue 2: After passing the mayor, instead of going right (which leads you to the airplane part) continue on with the path to find a Superior Laundry Tag
Continue on with that path, then an officer will alert you that he has found something - Open the suitcase
Clue 3: Spy Camera
Clue 4: Deciphered message - TIP: How to decipher message -
* Step 1: Outer ring - turn to the letter 'H'
* Step 2: Inner Ring - turn to the letter 'K'
* Step 3: Outer ring - turn each letter 'K'; 'S'; 'B'; 'O'; 'J'; 'L'; 'K'; 'Q'; 'X'; 'S'; 'B' - It will spell out N VERMONT AVE (on your top left corner of the screen) - It will decipher the address: 113 North Vermont Avenue

Clue 8: At the back of the bedroom, next to the bed, on the dresser, there is another golden ball, you will automatically attached the golden ball you've found at the crime scene to find a microchip embedded
