In the end I did a 10 roll lured by the awesome looking SRs (got them, will make a video later) and I got Ladiva in the process so here we are to have a quick look at her.

Here's the kit:
1) First skill inflicts a special debuff called Grapple
2) Ougi resets the first skill cooldown and does considerably more damage if used when Grapple is active.
3) Second skill is a nuke inflicting 25% def down. If the enemy is under the effect of grapple she also inflicts stunned (same effect as a local paralyze)
4) Third skill is a party wide DA/TA/Hype buff. If the enemy is under the grapple effect it also gives a "single foe cap up" effect just like the soldier class.
5) Her passive grants her a counter + delay if the enemy targets the character (no need to do damage) while the grapple effect is active.

As you can see Ladiva's kit is quite solid and I can see her being a powerhouse for a lot of players, especially new ones. It also opens a new avenue for Ultima Claw in Earth as the proficiency was exactly missing someone able to buff.
