Back in 2010, I got back to the Pokémon franchise when Black & White were announced and while the Pokemon series was still during the golden age of the franchise, I buy a copy of Pokémon Diamond and played it. This was my first Pokémon game I have played since Pokémon Stadium 1 for the Nintendo 64. My first starter I choose was Turtwig and I was trying to get used to the mechanics in that game. Gen 4 has pretty neat stuff such as the Vs. Seeker (Although it was originally introduced in FireRed & LeafGreen) and even new evolutions and pre-evolutions for older Pokémon similar to both Gen 2 and Gen 3. In my opinion, Gen 4 is a way better generation than both Gen 6 and Gen 8 ever dreamed of. Heck, the original Diamond & Pearl and as well as Platinum are ten times better than both Brilliant Diamond, Shining Pearl and Pokemon Legends Arceus in my opinion.
