How has it taken me 15 videos to realize that the land value in Cities Skylines II is completely broken? I tried to get new low density residential zones to build but, despite sky high demand, they would not due to high land value. While I look for a fix (in next week's video), I build an entirely new neighborhood in the Edgewood region.
