I discovered this glitch by accident. It should very reliably be replicable by doing the following: In the Draracle's Cave, equip Baccata with Rapier "Dicer" (any Melee Weapon will probably do) and the Bow (any Long Range Weapon will probably do). Stand by the pit and shoot the switch with the arrow, so that the party falls down the pit. Then suddenly, the Melee Weapon will have turned into Illegal Item, a glitched item that is represented by a Mouse Cursor in the Item Bar, and which can be thrown and then resembles a broken bottle, which usually crumbles to dust when a character examines it.
