There's a good news-bad news scenario playing out regarding gas prices. The good news is prices are down over last week. We're currently paying eight cents less per gallon than we did last week, but it's still nowhere close to what we were paying last year. Meantime, oil prices are shooting back up, and there's no help on the horizon coming from Lansing either.
