i'm not sure if nvidia performance overlay is 100% accurated, but at least is something :P

FACT: always lock your FPS, latency improve a lot

There's the "App Latency" from CapFrameX, which i believe doesn't work well with FSR3, but the "Render Latency" from nvidia overlay shows a good latency (if working correctly). Also Intel PresentMon doesn't work well when using FSR3 too.
