Lazy Jones on C64 (Rob's Retro Rambles)
Playing Lazy Jones on the C64 (well, ok a C128, but it's in '64 mode) for the very first time.
Remember when we all used to go out to work instead of being stuck in the house? I'm sure Lazy Jones would have loved to work from home and just play games all day instead of having to go from room to room to do so...
A few musical links for you:
First, in 1980, there was "It happened then", by Electronic Ensemble - https://youtu.be/Hgf82hF3qj8
Then, a mere four years later, and completely unrelated to that previous tune *cough*, Davd Whittaker created Lazy Jones and the tune Stardust (or Subtune21 as he titled it).
Fifteen years later, in 1999, Kernkraft 400 by Zombie Nation hit the charts and lots of people went "I remember this..." so the producer Florian Senfter paid an undisclosed sum of money to David Whittaker - https://youtu.be/48apI4bpnSo
Six years after that in 2005, Grendel released my favourite version, "Zombienation (V.2K5)" on the Soilbleed EP - https://youtu.be/OxlH3_kecQ4

Some people have said I should set up a tip jar, to help with cost of repairs and the like. As I can't really offer anything other than thanks I don't feel Patreon is particularly suitable, so I've set up this - https://ko-fi.com/gigerpunk
Absolutely no obligation, I'm not doing any content just for people who pay and not doing adverts of any kind, it's just there for those who'd like to help out occasionally.
