Just explaining how to set up rune pages and how to melt/combine for better runes.

FACTS:

Marks (Brown) are a little better for physical attacks.

Glyphs(blue) are a little bit better for Ability Power and magic resistance and cool-downs.

Quintessences(bronze) are best over all for everything. But you can only get 1, 2 or 3 max

Seals (yellow) are better for +% health and armor.

Those are just my observations I did not research this or anything. Hope this video helped!
