SETUP
To get the bots in the position you want you need to order them in a strange way in the lobby but it's consistent, picks 1 and 4 are botlane, 2 and 5 are toplane and 3 is mid.
My runes are what you'd expect, as much movement as speed as possible, I take aeri because it keeps getting applied when I slap someone to death which is nice, however I'm not sure if it actually does more damage than comet.
For the toplane I want bots that can get me low enough while being squishy, normally I do Lux Cait but she has a big AA range that can mess up the manip so I was testing replacements with lower range, Lucian is probably not it tho too much dmg, I'll keep looking.
For mid I choose Nidalee because it's decently squishy, also it has the most broken AI of all bots but I'm also looking for a replacement because her first item is rng. Best rng is corrupt pot, dark seal is ok and doran ring is just awful. I'd like to take one of the mages that are guaranteed to start world atlas (zilean, zyra, morgana and brand, not sure about brand actually) because it just gives 30hp and no ap. Morgana is discarded simply because of her Q so I will try Brand next time.
For bot I take the rest of the mage suports available, who just so happen to have some of the lowest base health/armor/Mr values in the game, it's kind of a blessing that these two are available. Another champ I considered a lot was Annie because she's even squishier than the others and 2/3 of her starting items don't give hp (amp tome and tear), ended up going against it because rng sucks and her stun is a lot worse than zyras, also even if she doesn't roll dorans she deals a ton of damage with Amp tome which can make you loose runs.

Actual run
dark seal start into bot manip, take two turret shots to get low and after that herd the bots into your jg side, it's very rng depending on on what champs you use/how low you get so you just have to adapt. For example in this run I got way too low and there's an actual chance none of them will AA me but it's much more likely than either one or both of them will AA so I chose to wait inside the bush and use Q. After that hit both so they don't execute and wait inside bush, one of them will (hopefully) path back to you because you are very low hp and they just lost vision + you are very near. Once they start pathing back walk out and get killed for faster back, loosing first blood is worth it (idk maybe there's a way to buy an extra dark seal or a dagger with the extra gold but whatever). Path straight into red, take it and gank mid, pray you got good rng and she started corrupt pot, dark seal is decent, dorans is straight ass. When you're done take a minion or 2 (Q one of them for hp) but don't wait too long, you want to gank bot right as they crash the wave. With a bit (a lot) of luck your W will hopefully clear the entire wave so your turret can aggro them, if it doesn't it's not over but you do want at least one turret shot, ideally you want to keep Q to get the cannon and then back asap, if you had to use Q for the kills just leave the cannon and back. After back path straight mid while buying mobis + amp tome, and use your W to catch the wave nidalee is crashing, the goal is to get enough xp to get level 4 or close enough for scuttle to get us there, by killing both mid and bot we don't have to worry about scuttle spawning at level 4 anymore. After doing that do the end as normal but don't do it like shit like I did, also Nidalee might get in the way at this point which is very fun.
