Learn Xbox - Hide email from dashboard
7In the new version of the Xbox Dashboard your email address is displayed in the upper right hand corner. Depending on your gaming situation you might not want this and I can't recommend enough to hide if you're making videos. It's a pretty simple process and causes that space to just be blank when your gamertag and gamerscore marquee scrolls to your email. It's definitely worth your time if you have people looking over your shoulder for just one more piece of information about you to destroy your online experience and expose your account to the world. Trust me you don't want social engineers to have an easy job of logging into your account and changing your bio to say something untrue and flushing your credit card down the tube.
