For the first half, I gain the power of knowledgeable to determine that this city needs me. Standing around holding a book up to my face is tax payer's money well spent! After which, I take to the streets again, this time getting to use the patrol car, which handles very awkwardly, but eventually I'll get the hang of it. We're once against tasked with parking ticket violations, but there are too many criminals being dumb in their cars AND on foot to let them slide.
