VERY IMPORTANT NOTE: I can't take any credits for this. The strategy was entirely figured out by BrutalAl, so if you want so say "awesome strategy", "great battle" or similar things (which you definitely should), you need to say it to him. I only did this because I have the original Japanese version.

A while ago, BrutalAl crushed my lowest level Beta record when he learned it with a level 9, 6, 5 party. However, that's only the lowest possible in some versions of the game. In the original Japanese version, you can have a level 1 Yuffie in the party and this also makes it possible to distribute EXP so that Cloud gets out of Midgar on level 8. In other words, I learned Beta with an average level of under 5.

Normally, you can't target enemies with Hypers and Tranquilizers, but it's possible when you're confused. Fury reduces accuracy and makes it possible for Beta to miss, but you will still learn the enemy skill even if it misses. The chance it'll miss either Cloud or Tifa is about 15% (correct me if I'm wrong). I have no idea why I used Sense at the end of the battle.
