Gradually building out our little industrial town. I'm not sure if I really explained the layout, but basically the pollution in the industrial zone is kept away from the residential area as much as possible, but putting the commercial area in between them. It's a small map, though, so there's no room to spread out. The 6x6 grid is something I've arrived at over a long time playing this game as some sort of optimum for the simulation.
