Leaving all the survivors with only 1 health completely changes the game. The Spitter becomes the most dangerous special infected. In my test run, I managed to complete the first four maps flawlessly, but it seems like, in the real run, the director really wanted to take me down. And it seems that the bots can't focus on anything else when they have a defibrillator and need to revive someone.
