More fails, and these ones are really fails. Well, maybe not one clip, but hey...

This is the last L4D2 Demo video I'll be making, since L4D2 comes out in 2 days.

So, a bit of explanation may be necessary for a couple of the clips. Now, there were 2 games where the end of the game glitch occured: the first time coaught me unaware AFTER I stopped recording, so when I began recording, I did not catch the beginning of the glitch (this game is the very last clip in the video) and the second time occured when I was trying to repeat the glitch and capture its beginning. Well, I caught the beginning of it, but the repeated time resulted in basically 3 minutes of waiting and then unexpectedly we won! The first time was funnier, in that we had to wait 1 minute, and then we lost! So, I combined both clips together, the 2nd time showing the 1st part of the glitch, and the 1st time showing the 2nd part.

So, what's the overall opinion on the quality of the last few videos I've made? Sadly, I can only make these quality videos on games with demo recording, since if I recorded my games directly into AVI I'd have 10Gb files for a 18 minute game, and the ingame sound would either not record or it would become so off of the video it'd take a fair amount of time for me to fix. I'm nearly certain L4D2 has demo recording, so those videos will be good quality, but once I make videos on games other than Valve games, the quality's going to be more like the quality of my Prototype video.

I messed around with the ingame sound some; video clips that are longer than 30 seconds start to have their sound become noticable off. i.e. you hear a gun fire, and then I shoot. So, I used to cut the sound, drag it to where it's supposed to go, then fill in the gaps (which causes a slight repeat in sounds, so I try to do it when nothing noticable is going on). This video, I made the visual attempt to match up with the audio by speeding up the visuals by about 0.3% (so instead of 100% speed, it's set at 100.3%). Do you ever feel like the audio is off in this video? (I do, but that's because I spent sooo long listening to it.)

Music:
No music :O! (Well, I figure people are still more interested in the demo's content than they woud be in my epic score of music; I'll start putting music in the actual L4D2 series, unless a bunch of people start saying "zomg ur musik sux!" in a polite way ;) ).
