Playing Legacy of Kain: Defiance on the original Xbox Part 2. Activated the animation mode code and it breaks so many things. From random game crashes to skipping in game triggers. This now is exactly the level of Jank I like.

Random point in the game just swapped characters playing a section completely wrong. Towards the end just suddenly skipped direct to the end boss fight. As the player character reached a door they shouldn't of, instead of triggering a cutscene to load the next level.
